It has been a hectic few days between Christmas and now, having travelled to Canada, back to New York and now, Argentina!
Montreal was quite an experience for both of us, I can personally say I have never been that cold before... -31 degrees with the windchill. Even though it was so cold and hard to get out and explore, we still managed to see Montreal (and a couple movies...) and I would definitely go back in Summer to check it out again.
New Years in Times Square was one of those things you have to do, we got there late and decided to watch from afar rather than be squashed to death for a slightly better view. To get a good spot you have to stand your ground early in the a.m and not move. It was a good night and its true no one celebrates bringing in the new year like NYers! We stayed in Queens and it's amazing how each borough is completely different. I, Mel, had the best fried rice of my life. Go to Ping's Dim Sum if you're ever there.
We have now arrived in Buenos Aires, and so far it looks like its going to be a fun few weeks, the weather is a nice change, and Palermo where our apartment is, is very trendy and busy.
We send our love to everyone back home, and are thinking of you all the time.
Love Dan and Mel xoxoxox
